<p><strong>Entry Costs and forms: </strong></p>

<p><em> &gt;  T</em>he <strong>nonrefundable return mailing cost </strong>(<em>For a return mail cost, determine how much it costs to ship the pieces and add that to the registration fee  <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Note</span></strong></em>:  <em>only papercuttings that are insured for mailing to the exhibit with that amount included in the return postage, will be insured for return mailing..)</em></p>
<p>&gt;  The <strong>Hold Harmless form and the GAP Entry form for Traveling Shows</strong> are required and should be included with fees. <em>These forms are found on our website, www.papercutters.org, as well as the guidelines described under Presentation</em>.</p>
<p>&gt; Two separate checks (one for the registration fee, with “Papercut Poetry” in the memo line, and one for the mailing costs) are made <strong>payable to GAP. </strong>These are sent together with the forms, to:</p>

<p><strong>Label:</strong> Please include a label on the back of each piece with the title of the piece, your name, city and state, and the price.  The Academy Village would also like a brief artist’s statement about your work.  [The Academy Village will keep a 15% commission on sales, so price your work accordingly].<strong><br />

<p><strong>Deadlines:  Send so that your work arrives by November 20 at the latest.</strong></p>

<h3><em>Guidelines for the Exhibit</em></h3>
<p><strong>Eligibility:</strong> Open to all current GAP members with paid 2009 membership.  <strong>Two checks, as detailed above, the</strong> <strong>Hold Harmless Form</strong> and <strong>GAP Entry Form</strong> are required and should be mailed as detailed above.</p>
<p><strong>Presentation:</strong> All pieces must be <strong>original papercuttings.</strong> The guidelines are detailed by Marie-Helene Grabman, on the website, <a href="../">www.papercutters.org</a>, giving details on framing, mats, glazing, hooks, dust covers, shipping and insurance.</p>
